Every 2022 Genesis model earned safety institute's highest possible rating

For the fourth year in a row, every model in the Genesis lineup has earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's highest designation, TOP SAFETY PICK+.
To qualify for TOP SAFETY PICK recognition, a vehicle must earn the highest possible score of "Good" for all six of the institute's crashworthiness assessments. It must also have a frontal collision mitigation system rated "Advanced" or "Superior" and have available headlights rated "Good" or "Acceptable." To achieve the "plus" (+) suffix, the vehicle must come standard with "Good"-rated headlights.
