Genesis is a brand that's constantly innovating. Next year, we'll get to see the fruits of this innovation in the new GV90. Designed to be the new flagship model, the GV90 will be an all-electric SUV. It will also be the automaker's largest and most lavish EV to date. Many details have yet to be released. But we still want to share what one might expect from this exciting new SUV.
Unbridled Power
Although unconfirmed, it's suspected the new GV90 will be built on the same platform as the upcoming Hyundai Ioniq 7. It's assumed it will come standard with all-wheel drive and use the same powertrain as the Electrified GV70. And with electric motors placed at each axle, a combined horsepower of nearly 500 hp is expected. Plus, with an expected 99.8-kWh battery pack, the GV90 should reach 300 miles on a single charge.
Exceptional Comfort & Tech
The GV90 is expected to be the brand's largest and most extravagant SUV yet. As such, it's suspected the GV90 will feature three rows. As you might have guessed, the interior will be upscale with possible wood flooring or even plush carpet. And if the concept is anything to go by, there will be a dark blue and purple interior. Also, there's a possibility of a radiant heating system instead of a standard forced-air climate control system.
Stay Tuned for More Information
At the moment, that's all we're able to share about the new Genesis GV90. While it's not much, it is a glimpse into the future of the brand. Even if some of the concept models stay in place, drivers can expect great things from the GV90. For now, all we can do is wait till more information becomes available. However, we will keep this page updated when we learn more, so stay tuned.
